Pre-Rhythmic Gymnastics is an introduction combination of gymnastic techniques and fluid dance movements the emphasis of which is on beauty, grace, flexibility and coordination over acrobatic skill. Routines consist of running steps, jumps, leaps, balances, pivots and elements to demonstrate flexibility and coordination while incorporating constant motion of hand apparatus, such as ball, ribbon, hoop, rope, and clubs.
