Estelle and Alfonso Performing Arts

1. All Team members must be present for the Choreography Intensive Summer Camp Week. SEE SUMMER REQUIREMENTS.

2. All Team members must register for the required summer classes in our "2 for 1" Summer Schedule. SEE SUMMER REQUIREMENTS

3. All Team members MUST be enrolled in the minimum number of courses required per team specification (Competition Team or Production class counts as an optional class) for the Fall-Spring season, and attend at least 2 workshops (typical workshop fee is $15/per if registered in advance) by April as offered throughout the year.

4. All Team members must have a Competition Team Warm-Up Suit before the first competition or performance.

5. All Team members must wear their Competition Team Warm-Up Suit to all competitions and performances.

6. All pending balances must be paid in full by the first competition, or your child will not be allowed to compete.

7. All Team members must be an exclusive Estelle & Alfonso Team member in attendance for all competitions and performances, otherwise they will not be allowed to perform with their team until the start of a new competition season.

8. All Team members must be in attendance for all classes the week of a competition or performance. An unexcused absence will result in the removal of that member from the subsequent performance. If you miss more than 2 team or production classes you will be pulled from competition. We are a team.

9. The only allowable excuse for missing a rehearsal or competition is illness, religious obligation or graded school event. All of the above require written notice 7 days in advance of the absence.

10. PARENTS: At competition it is time to be positive, provide hugs, enthusiasim, and encouragement. It is the instructor's job to be critical.

DANCERS: Believe you CAN, believe you CAN'T either way your right. In the end, every dancer is only in competition with themselves. Your goal is to exceed your last performance.
