Classical Ballet
...the foundation for all dance, it promotes grace, poise, control, discipline, and confidence.

Russian Ballet School
...under the auspices of the Mid Hudson Ballet Company. Auditions are held for serious students. Each student accepted is given a partial scholarship. Curriculum is based on the Soviet Union's Leningrad Choreographic School. The method breaks down all steps and movements, gradually moving them up. Estelle & Alfonso have visited the Leningrad School and are trained in its pedagogy.

Pointe
The ballet teacher will recommend when the student is ready to add Pointe.

Gymnastics
Fully equipped gyms, carpeted spring floor for floor exercises/tumbling, balance beams, bars, vaulting, trampoline, rings. Separate boys gymnastics. Fun recreational classes & competitive teams. Safety certified.

Rhythmic Gymnastics
...an Olympic event using ribbon, ball, rope, clubs, and hoop. We have a USA Gymnastics Team. ESTELLE & ALFONSO have trained at the U.S. Olympic Training Center.

Drama
A comprehensive creative program for all ages and talent levels. Students have the opportunity to practice and exhibit acting talent. Drama students participate in our annual musical production. Plus in-house productions in our own "Starlight Theatre".

Creative Dramatics
... 4 to 8 year olds. Improvisation, role-playing, and group games.

T.V. Commercial Classes
...for all ages, including adults. How to get into this profitable industry & how it works.

Did You Know?
Estelle & Alfonso clients have appeared in over 300 national TV commercials movies Broadway shows and print work.

Voice & Music
Class or Private lessons available in Voice, Piano, Drums.

Modeling
Thorough training in poise, fashion, make-up, photo shoots, runway modeling, self-improvement for ALL ages. Our advanced models work professionally. TV commercials, billboards, mall promotions, print work, magazine covers, movies.

Bright clean facility where one may purchase hot and cold food, ice cream and snacks. Separate homework room.

Club Soda ^TM 
The fun, safe place to be for 6th, 7th and 8th graders. Fridays 7:30 - 9:30pm - Live DeeJay. Dancing, Games, Prizes, Lighting Effects. Well supervised by Estelle & Alfonso and their Gymnastics Staff.
